Case study · Hot shot & equipment transport

Gulli Trucking

A direct, quote-first website for a hot shot, vehicle, and equipment transport company—built so shippers can describe a load properly and request a price without a phone tag.

The brief

What the site had to do.

Gulli Trucking hauls equipment, vehicles, materials, and oversized items with a pickup and a gooseneck flatbed. Shippers comparing carriers want three answers quickly: can you carry my load, how do I get a price, and can I trust you with it?

The site had to answer all three on the first screen—and collect enough detail in a quote request that the owner could price a haul without a round of follow-up calls.

What we built

The parts that do the work.

Built around how Gulli Trucking LLC's customers actually decide.

A multi-step quote builder

Shippers enter cargo type, weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery locations, timing, and loading support one step at a time. The request arrives by email as a complete brief.

Service pages that match how freight is described

Expedited hot shot, vehicle transport, equipment hauling, and specialty loads each have a clear explanation and their own quote path.

A brand that looks like the truck

Black, gold, and chrome, built from Gulli's own logo assets, with custom imagery of the kinds of hauls the company runs.

Call or quote from any screen

A phone number and quote button stay within reach on mobile, where most shippers start looking.
