AI & automation

Automation that does the work—and shows it.

We connect AI models, APIs, files, and the tools you already use so repetitive work gets done reliably—with logs, permissions, and a person in the loop where it matters.

The problem

Start with one job, not a platform.

The best automation projects begin small: one workflow that eats hours every week, such as sorting inquiries, drafting quotes, moving data between systems, or producing the same report again and again.

We map that workflow with you, automate the repetitive steps, and keep a review step anywhere a mistake would be expensive. Every run is logged, so you can see what happened and why.

We also build WindOp, an AI operator that works across Windows files, shells, browsers, and desktop apps. Building it taught us where automations fail—and how to make them fail safely.

What's included

Everything it takes to ship it properly.

Each engagement is scoped to what you actually need. These are the pieces we cover.

Workflow review

  • Map the current process with the people doing it
  • Find the steps worth automating first
  • Estimate running costs before building

AI agents

  • Model selection per task, including your own API keys
  • Tool use: files, email, spreadsheets, databases
  • Prompting, evaluation, and fallback behaviour

Integrations

  • APIs, webhooks, and scheduled jobs
  • Document and data processing pipelines
  • Desktop and browser automation

Guardrails

  • Approval steps for risky actions
  • Logging, permissions, and alerts
  • Recovery paths when a service is down
Who it's for

A good fit when…

Not sure which of these you are? Send the rough version and we will tell you honestly.

01 · Owner-operators

Too much admin, not enough time

Inbox sorting, quote drafting, follow-ups, and scheduling that pull you away from paid work.

02 · Small teams

Data copied between systems

Forms to spreadsheets to invoices to email. Integrations remove the retyping and the errors that come with it.

03 · Communities

Content and moderation load

Repeatable content, support answers, and moderation triage—with people making the final calls.

How it works

Clarity before code.

No mystery package and no disappearing after launch. You see the scope and the price before we build.

01 · Understand

Define the real job

Users, current pain, constraints, timing, and what success needs to look like.

02 · Scope

Make the work visible

A clear proposal with deliverables, boundaries, milestones, and price.

03 · Build

Ship in checkpoints

Working increments you can review, with testing at every step.

04 · Run

Launch with a handoff

Deployment, verification, documentation, and an option for ongoing care.

Questions

That is not the goal. We remove repetitive steps so people spend their time on judgement, customers, and the work only they can do. Review steps stay wherever a person should make the call.

Whichever fits the task and budget. We regularly work across multiple model providers and can run on your own API keys, so you control the account and the bill.

We design data boundaries first: what each step can see, where data is stored, and which outside services are involved. Nothing goes to a provider you have not approved.

The proposal includes an estimate of ongoing API and hosting costs alongside the build price, so there are no surprise bills after launch.
